Open accounts: Net terms available pending approval of completed and signed credit application. Returned check fee: $30.00. Accounts must remain current or shipments will be held. Shipping and Backorders Residential based businesses are subject to carrier residential rates. Except on prepaid freight orders, freight/insurance costs are added to invoice total. All freight charges are subject to dimensional/oversize carrier weight regulations. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments. Refused shipments are subject to a 35% restock fee. Box sizes are subject to availability therefore we are not held responsible for any additional changes that may be accrued. Merchandise Returns All sales are final. Defective returns are for replacement or credit only. Defective returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the DAR invoice date. All returns are subject to a restock fee, which will be determined at DAR discretion once returned product has been received. All product(s) being returned must receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number, which can only be issued by a DAR representative. This number must be included in or on the shipping box and a copy of the invoice. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation: any missing parts will be deducted from amount credited or item may be refused. Warranty DAR has a Limited Lifetime Warranty on its products to be free of manufacturer defects from the original date of purchase (p.o.p. required). Warranty coverage is provided for paint defects, peeling, and or other paint adhesion and finish defects. DAR will match the O.E. color of the spoilers to the factory color specifications. Factory specifications allow for a degree of variance, both lighter and darker, due to many factors. DAR cannot be responsible for this variance. With vehicles 2 years and older, we cannot be responsible for color match due to fading. Sellers and manufacturers only obligations shall be to replace the product proven to be defective by DAR. We shall not be liable or responsible for injury, loss or damages, direct or consequential, such as improper installation, misuse, abuse, scratches, chips or fading due to neglect, or unauthorized repairs. DAR will not be responsible for any damage caused to other parts by defective product for any other costs.
